International delegates to the Smart City Summit can now participate in a one-day mini-conference on April 28th, 2003 at the Sheraton Hotel in the heart of downtown Ottawa. "International Connections" is a day designed specifically for our international attendees. The program will focus on four main IT/broadband applications: Health, Housing and Building Infrastructure, Municipal Connectivity, and Airport/Port Security. The delegates will be treated to presentations on current and emerging technologies as well as afternoon tours to broadband demonstration centers. Attendees will also have an opportunity for one-on-one networking with participating companies. Our list of participants includes March Networks, Telecom Ottawa, 3mAiT, Storm Internet, Rogers, National Research Council, and the Communications Research Centre. More companies are being added to our list daily.
