Leading the Industry

The Human Resources Solutions Show continues to get bigger and better. In just five years, it has grown to become one of the largest events of its kind in Canada. It is the main event for HR professionals in Eastern Ontario, and the Ottawa Human Resources Professionals Association, the Ottawa Chapter of the HRPAO.

With such a high approval rating from exhibitors and attendees alike, the 2003 event is poised to draw even more key players from the HR industry, for two days of learning and networking. For hundreds of companies, this event represents an outstanding marketing opportunity. Here are three ways we are growing the event this year:

A new aisle of exhibits for HR technologies, called HRTech. HRIM tools add significant value to the HR role. While we have always included this within our exhibitor mix, a dedicated feature area will make the show more attractive to large organizations and businesses, particularly in Ottawa’s advanced technology sector.

Two seminar rooms on the show floor, and a revised seminar schedule that provides for more breaks and better traffic flow. Exhibitors will receive first priority on seminar speaking opportunities.

OHRPA Annual Retreat: In response to growing demand, we’re adding a paid component to the conference, to attract executive level administrators in HR management, senior management non-HR, government managers, and small business. Endorsed by the Ottawa Chapter of the HRPAO, this program will be a major event for Ottawa HR professionals.

Once again, the event culminates with the annual OHRPA networking night, the biggest networking event for the association, bringing out hundreds of HR professionals.
